Admit it, at some point in the past you've Googled your own name. Or your boss' name. Or the name of that weird sounding kid who just started working at your company and has something Dahmer-like about him.
But when you search for somebody on Google you'll find Web sites that mention that person's name - if any exist - but the results can often be sketchy at best.
This has all changed with the advent of Google Profiles. By creating a Google profile you can choose how to represent yourself on Google. Profiles contain a variety of personal information such as your name, location, occupation, bio and even a profile pic. Once your profile is complete, it will appear at the bottom of the search results page as a standalone entry whenever somebody Googles your name.
